Hi, I'm Karin.
I am an Ayurvedic wellness mentor and yoga teacher with twenty years on this path and fifteen years of teaching. I am also someone who has spent a long time healing — my soul, my nervous system, my relationship with food, and my gut.
I know what it feels like to try everything and still feel like something is missing. Ayurveda gave me a roadmap. Yoga gave me back my body. And together, they gave me a way of living that actually works — gently, sustainably, and with deep nourishment at its centre.
I am based in the UK, originally from Estonia, and I have been teaching and supporting women on this journey for over a decade. My work is grounded in ancient wisdom, lived experience, and a genuine love of movement and soulful living.
